How to use it
How to use it
Start with dry lips.
1. For best results, outline and fill in your lips with a lip liner, then apply a coat of Bond Gloss.
2. Apply Bond Gloss to one lip first, then the other.
3. Once the gloss is more transparent, use the applicator to apply the glitter. Gently tap your lips to cover the gloss.
